This project was a full gut and interior remodel. The designer worked with Monica to craft family focused modern finishes. The basement was fully underpinned and the kitchen expanded. Custom cabinetry throughout.
Winchester Street
A semi-detached Cabbagetown home fully renovated inside. We underpinned the basement, changed the location and lowered the main house drain, enlarged the 3rd floor deck and added many modern features. One of which is the new elevator reaching all 4 floors.
