Heritage Cabbagetown Home Wins CPA award

This project on Carlton Street in Cabbagetown was a complete restoration and addition on the exterior with a complete interior renovation.  This is an amazing restoration of a unique Cabbagetown property.  The exterior brick has been re-tuck-pointed & repaired, all the soffits & bay window roofs replaced, and both front and back porches replaced. Congratulations to the home owners, the project management team and G. Pederson & Associates.

This project won the Cabbagetown Preservation Association Peggy Kurtin Award of Excellence in Restoration for 2017.  Congratulations Monica Kuhn and staff for an award winning effort in restoration.
