This contemporary urban renovation of a three storey, detached house was completed February 2012. After gutting, the house was reconfigured to create, among other spaces, a combined kitchen, dining, and family room on the ground floor with a new light-filled stairway that connects both the ground floor and the finished basement to the backyard.
