Rowanwood Avenue

Our engagement with this property and owner spanned 14 years and 5 different projects.  We started with a rear addition and ground, second and third floor renovation, and then continued with a dormer and side carport addition, a side mudroom addition and kitchen renovation, including a property widening, and then finally a rear family room addition with a green roof.

The designs, interior and exterior, were in keeping with the style of the original house.    The spaces are spacious and light-filled, with multiple views and access points to the garden.  Each phase of the project was designed to accommodate the changing needs of a growing family.

The property is located in the North Rosedale Heritage District, and so all exterior renovations had to conform to local Heritage guidelines.
