When my wife and I first met Monica, we were in a HEAP of trouble!
We had several people successively give us very bad advice, including a 'GC' and an HVAC company, and were waist deep into a renovation that we were told didn't require a permit, unfortunately, we didn't need A permit, we needed SEVERAL permits, AND, we were persona non-grata with the city.
Monica has slowly but surely righted the once sinking ship that was our renovation nightmare, and held our hands along the way, advocating for us when necessary, and telling us when to sit down, be quiet and wait for the gears of the city to turn.
We are grateful to Monica for her help, I am unsure our marriage would have survived this renovation if not for her amazing work.
